Print Locations and Sizes

At BG Concepts, our business and our expertise is textile screen printing.  We focus on delivering the product you need, when you need it, and always at the highest possible quality.

PRINT SIZE AND LOCATION ::

We feel that location and image size is a key element to developing unique designs and products. On the same note, there are Maximum Size guidelines and limitation to meet to keep things within our capabilities.

Size, and placement to a lesser degree, will affect the number of colors that can be used, minimum number of prints required, and the price.

We have divided Print Size into 3 Categories.

1. Regular
2. Oversize
3. Jumbo

Below are Charts for each category reflecting the Maximum Print Size, Guidelines and Limitations that can be used on different garment types.

Chart 1 :: REGULAR SIZE PRINTS (MAXIMUM 14" x 14" Area)

• Number of Colors: 1-12
• Minimum Number of Prints: 12
• Additinal Cost: No Additional Cost

Chart 2 ::OVERSIZE PRINTS (MAXIMUM 16" x 18" Area)

• Number of Colors: 1-12
• Minimum Number of Prints: 12
• Additional Cost: $.30-.50/ea
• Special Notes: Garment sizing is critical to consider when doing oversize prints, so stretching, seam printing, or other design distorions are limited and controlled.

Chart 3 :: JUMBO SIZE PRINTS (MAXIMUM 30" x 43" Area)

• Number of Colors: 1-3
• Minimum Number of Prints: 50
• Additional Cost: $.50-$1.50/ea
• Special Notes: This can be used for "All Over Prints" however is limited to 1 Color, all requests for this must be reviewed by our design team to ensure proper execution.
